Standard Shipping to North America

Our standard shipping to the United States and Canada uses a reliable combination of ocean freight plus final-mile local couriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS). This method is secure, environmentally responsible, and included free with every order.

Because chandeliers are large and fragile, we prioritize safety over speed for standard shipping. Every shipment is:

Expedited Shipping Worldwide

Short answer: Expedited shipping (via DHL, FedEx, or UPS air) delivers in 2–6 business days worldwide. It is a paid upgrade; email us for a quote.

For customers who need their order quickly, we offer a personalized expedited shipping service via premier couriers. Transit time is typically:

  • United States & Canada: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 3–5 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of world: 4–6 business days

Shipping Carriers

Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

Short answer: Every FavorShopping order includes free shipping insurance. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund at no cost to you.

We include shipping insurance free on every order, because we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. Coverage includes:

  • Lost packages — Packages marked as lost by the carrier or that fail to arrive within 60 days of shipment
  • Damage in transit — Products damaged during carrier handling (report within 72 hours of delivery)
  • Porch theft — Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received (report within 7 days of the delivery-confirmation date)

How to File an Insurance Claim

  1. Email hello@favorshopping.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. For damage or theft claims, include photos where applicable.
  3. We'll confirm the claim within 2 business days and arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

You do not need to contact the carrier yourself; we handle all carrier claims on your behalf.

Cancellations & Modifications

Short answer: You can cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of placement, as long as it hasn't shipped yet.

We understand plans change. To cancel or modify your order (including address changes, item swaps, or quantity changes), please email hello@favorshopping.com within 24 hours of placement and before the order has entered our fulfillment process.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the item under our Return Policy after it arrives.

For customized orders, modification is only possible before production begins (typically within 24 hours of placement). Contact us immediately if changes are needed.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Short answer: If your order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks of shipping, contact us. If it hasn't arrived within 8 weeks, you're eligible for a full refund or a free reshipment — your choice.

We monitor every shipment, but occasional delays can happen due to customs, weather, or carrier backlogs.

  • After 4 weeks from shipping date: Email us at hello@favorshopping.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and provide a status update within 2 business days.
  • After 8 weeks from shipping date: You are entitled to either a full refund or a free reshipment, at your choice. We'll process your preference within 3 business days.

Our shipping insurance (see above) covers any loss discovered through this process.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

Short answer: For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, FavorShopping pays all duties and customs fees. For all other countries, duties are the customer's responsibility.

United States & Canada — We Cover Duties

For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, FavorShopping pays all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. You will not receive any additional charges from the carrier or customs office. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

All Other Countries — Customer Pays Duties

For orders shipped to any country other than the US or Canada, import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the customs office of the destination country and are collected by the local carrier upon delivery.

Because duty rates vary widely by country and product category, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance. We recommend contacting your local customs office or a customs broker for an estimate before placing your order.

Restricted Items & Customs Refusals

You are responsible for checking your local postal and customs regulations for restricted items before ordering. If your country's customs authority refuses or returns the package, FavorShopping cannot be held liable for the refusal. We'll work with you in good faith to refund the product cost (less return-transit shipping) once the package is returned to us.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Failures

Short answer: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders delivered to the address you provided cannot be refunded if you later realize the address was incorrect.

At checkout, please carefully verify:

  • Street address, apartment/unit number
  • City, state/province, and ZIP/postal code
  • Contact phone number (required by carriers for large items)

If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placement so we can update the address before the order ships.

Orders that are correctly delivered to the address you provided (based on carrier proof of delivery) are not eligible for refund if the address was entered incorrectly. Packages refused at delivery without prior authorization from our support team are treated similarly.
