How do I choose the right size?
A common rule of thumb is to add the length and width of the room in feet and use that number, in inches, as the width of the fixture; a 10 × 14 ft room, for example, suits a fixture about 24 in across. The fixture is 27.6 in / 70 cm or 31.5 in / 80 cm across and 27.6 in / 70 cm tall, and the hanging wires between the ceiling plate and the fixture adjust up to 31.5 in / 80 cm. If you are not sure which size suits your space, email hello@favorshopping.com with your room size and ceiling height before you order and we will confirm which sizes fit.
Will it work with my dimmer?
It works with TRIAC (phase-cut) dimmers, the type found in most US homes. If you are not sure which type you have, your electrician can check before installation.
Can I order a custom cable length?
Yes. Add a note with your desired cable length in the cart, or let us know after placing your order. Custom builds are made to order, and their production time and return terms are set out in the Shipping & Return Policy below.
Which replacement bulbs should I buy?
Buy G4 base LED bulbs. G4 bulbs are sold in both low-voltage and line-voltage versions, so match the voltage printed on the included bulbs when you buy spares.
Can I use this pendant light outside the US?
It is rated for 100-265V, which covers standard household power in North America as well as in Europe, the UK and Australia.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item, provided it is unused, uninstalled, and back in its original packaging with its parts. There is no restocking fee. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or 110% of the item value as store credit.
Return shipping is yours to cover on a change-of-mind return. If the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we send a prepaid label and cover shipping in both directions. For a different size or finish, we handle it as a return plus a new order.
Customized and made-to-order fixtures cannot be returned, because they are built to your specification. Items that have been installed, assembled, or wired cannot be returned either, so please check the fixture against your space before your electrician starts.
If anything arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the outer packaging. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled. Full conditions and exclusions: Return & Refund Policy
Warranty
The fixtures we sell carry a three-year warranty, and we send replacement parts under it. It does not cover damage from misuse, accident, or incorrect installation.
