Which downrod length should I choose?
The downrod comes in 3.9 in / 10 cm, 7.9 in / 20 cm and 11.8 in / 30 cm sections, up to 23.6 in / 60 cm. Email hello@favorshopping.com with your ceiling height before you order and we will confirm which length suits your space.
Will it work with my dimmer?
It works with TRIAC (phase-cut) dimmers, the type found in most US homes. If you are not sure which type you have, your electrician can check before installation.
How is it installed?
It arrives pre-wired and pre-threaded, with mounting hardware and an installation manual in the box. Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.
Which replacement bulbs should I buy?
Buy E26 base LED bulbs to match the included ones. E26 is the standard medium base in the US.
Can I use this chandelier outside the US?
It is rated for 110-240V, which covers standard household power in North America as well as in Europe, the UK and Australia.
