Description

Inspired by the simple, natural beauty of raindrops in springtime, this chandelier cascades pendant lights like the first droplets of a light spring rainstorm. It suits a staircase, foyer or living room, and comes with 10, 15 or 20 drops, in brass.

Questions & Answers

How do I choose the right size?

The overall heights in the size table are measured with the hanging wires fully extended. The fixture can be hung higher than that, but how much it can be raised depends on its design, so email hello@favorshopping.com with your ceiling height before you order and we will confirm which sizes fit.

Will it work with my dimmer?

It works with TRIAC (phase-cut) dimmers, the type found in most US homes. If you are not sure which type you have, your electrician can check before installation.

How is it installed?

It arrives pre-wired and pre-threaded, with mounting hardware and an installation manual in the box. Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.

Can I order more lights or longer hanging cables?

Yes. Email hello@favorshopping.com or add a note if you would like more lights, longer hanging cables or another customization. Custom builds are made to order, and their production time and return terms are set out in the Shipping & Return Policy below.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free and insured, with no minimum purchase.

- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Standard delivery, from order to door: 16–23 business days to the US and Canada; 9–13 business days to the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Australia
- Expedited delivery: 2–6 business days, available as a paid upgrade — email us for a quote before you order
- Customized items: 5–10 business days to produce, then standard or expedited delivery

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item, provided it is unused, uninstalled, and back in its original packaging with its parts. There is no restocking fee. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or 110% of the item value as store credit.

Return shipping is yours to cover on a change-of-mind return. If the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we send a prepaid label and cover shipping in both directions. For a different size or finish, we handle it as a return plus a new order.

Customized and made-to-order fixtures cannot be returned, because they are built to your specification. Items that have been installed, assembled, or wired cannot be returned either, so please check the fixture against your space before your electrician starts.

If anything arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the outer packaging. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled. Full conditions and exclusions: Return & Refund Policy

Warranty

The fixtures we sell carry a three-year warranty, and we send replacement parts under it. It does not cover damage from misuse, accident, or incorrect installation.
