How do I choose the right size?
The overall heights in the size table are measured with the hanging cable fully extended. The fixture can be hung higher than that, but how much it can be raised depends on its design, so email hello@favorshopping.com with your ceiling height before you order and we will confirm which sizes fit.
Will it work with my dimmer?
It works with TRIAC (phase-cut) dimmers, the type found in most US homes. If you are not sure which type you have, your electrician can check before installation.
Can the cable length and canopy color be customized?
Yes. Both can be customized on request. Email hello@favorshopping.com with your ceiling height and preferred canopy color. Custom builds are made to order, and their production time and return terms are set out in the Shipping & Return Policy below.
Which replacement bulbs should I buy?
Buy E14 base LED bulbs. E14 is the European candelabra size and does not fit the E12 candelabra sockets common in the US, so check the base before you buy spares.
Can I use this chandelier outside the US?
It is rated for 110-240V, which covers standard household power in North America as well as in Europe, the UK and Australia.
