How do I choose the right size?

In a foyer, hallway or stairwell, a common guideline is to keep at least 7 ft / 213 cm between the floor and the bottom of the fixture, and in a two-story foyer to hang the bottom at about the level of the second floor. The overall height in the size table is measured from the ceiling to the bottom of the fixture, with the hanging wires fully extended. To check the fit, subtract the overall height from your ceiling height to find the space left below the fixture. The fixture can also be hung higher, but how much it can be raised depends on its design, so email hello@favorshopping.com with your ceiling height before you order and we will confirm it fits.

Can I use it with a dimmer?

No. This fixture is not dimmable, so connect it to a standard on/off switch rather than a dimmer.

How is it installed?

It arrives pre-wired and pre-threaded, with mounting hardware and an installation manual in the box. Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.

Can I order a custom cable length?

Yes. Add a note with your desired cable length in the cart, or let us know after placing your order. Custom builds are made to order, and their production time and return terms are set out in the Shipping & Return Policy below.

Standard shipping is free and insured, with no minimum purchase.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item, provided it is unused, uninstalled, and back in its original packaging with its parts. There is no restocking fee. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or 110% of the item value as store credit.

Return shipping is yours to cover on a change-of-mind return. If the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we send a prepaid label and cover shipping in both directions. For a different size or finish, we handle it as a return plus a new order.

Customized and made-to-order fixtures cannot be returned, because they are built to your specification. Items that have been installed, assembled, or wired cannot be returned either, so please check the fixture against your space before your electrician starts.

If anything arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the outer packaging. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled. Full conditions and exclusions: Return & Refund Policy

Warranty

The fixtures we sell carry a three-year warranty, and we send replacement parts under it. It does not cover damage from misuse, accident, or incorrect installation.
