How do I choose the right size?
The overall heights in the size table are measured with the hanging cords fully extended. The fixture can be hung higher than that, but how much it can be raised depends on its design, so email hello@favorshopping.com with your ceiling height before you order and we will confirm which sizes fit.
Will it work with my dimmer?
It works with TRIAC (phase-cut) dimmers, the type found in most US homes. If you are not sure which type you have, your electrician can check before installation.
Can the canopy, height and number of lights be customized?
Yes. The canopy, height and light quantity can be customized. Email hello@favorshopping.com with your ceiling height and what you need. Custom builds are made to order, and their production time and return terms are set out in the Shipping & Return Policy below.
Which replacement bulbs should I buy?
Buy G4 base LED bulbs. G4 bulbs are sold in both low-voltage and line-voltage versions, so match the voltage printed on the included bulbs when you buy spares.
Can I use this chandelier outside the US?
It is rated for 110-240V, which covers standard household power in North America as well as in Europe, the UK and Australia.
