How do I choose the right size?
In a foyer, hallway or stairwell, a common guideline is to keep at least 7 ft / 213 cm between the floor and the bottom of the fixture, and in a two-story foyer to hang the bottom at about the level of the second floor. The max heights in the size table are measured from the ceiling to the bottom of the fixture, with the hanging cables fully extended. To check a size, subtract its max height from your ceiling height to find the space left below the fixture. Each cable can be adjusted, but how much the fixture can be raised depends on its design, so email hello@favorshopping.com with your ceiling height before you order and we will confirm which sizes fit.
How do I choose the drop style?
Add a note with your preferred style, circle, random or spiral, in the cart when you place your order.
Can I use it with a dimmer?
No. This fixture is not dimmable, so connect it to a standard on/off switch rather than a dimmer.
How is it installed?
It arrives ready to mount, with an installation manual. Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.
Can I order more heads or a longer hanging cord?
Yes. Email hello@favorshopping.com or add a note if you would like more heads, a longer hanging cord or another customization. Custom builds are made to order, and their production time and return terms are set out in the Shipping & Return Policy below.

Rückgabe
Sie haben ab dem Lieferdatum 30 Tage Zeit, einen Artikel zurückzugeben, sofern er unbenutzt und nicht installiert ist und sich mit allen Teilen wieder in der Originalverpackung befindet. Es fällt keine Wiedereinlagerungsgebühr an. Sie können zwischen einer Erstattung auf Ihr ursprüngliches Zahlungsmittel und einem Shop-Guthaben in Höhe von 110 % des Artikelwerts wählen.
Bei einer Rückgabe, weil Sie es sich anders überlegt haben, tragen Sie die Rücksendekosten. Kommt der Artikel beschädigt, defekt oder falsch an, senden wir Ihnen ein vorfrankiertes Rücksendeetikett und übernehmen den Versand in beide Richtungen. Für eine andere Größe oder Oberfläche wickeln wir eine Rückgabe plus neue Bestellung ab.
Individuell angefertigte und auf Bestellung gefertigte Leuchten können nicht zurückgegeben werden, da sie nach Ihren Vorgaben hergestellt werden. Artikel, die installiert, montiert oder verkabelt wurden, können ebenfalls nicht zurückgegeben werden. Prüfen Sie daher bitte, ob die Leuchte zu Ihrem Raum passt, bevor Ihre Elektrofachkraft mit der Arbeit beginnt.
Falls etwas beschädigt ankommt, schreiben Sie uns innerhalb von 72 Stunden nach der Lieferung eine E-Mail mit Ihrer Bestellnummer, Fotos des Schadens und Fotos der Außenverpackung.
