Questions & Answers
How do I choose the right size?
In a foyer, hallway or stairwell, a common guideline is to keep at least 7 ft / 213 cm between the floor and the bottom of the fixture, and in a two-story foyer to hang the bottom at about the level of the second floor. The hanging wires are 47.2 in / 1.2 m long and adjustable, so the drop can be set to suit your space. If you are not sure which size fits, email hello@favorshopping.com with your ceiling height before you order and we will confirm.
Can I use it with a dimmer?
No. This fixture is not dimmable, so connect it to a standard on/off switch rather than a dimmer.
How is it installed?
It arrives pre-wired and pre-threaded, with mounting hardware and an installation manual in the box. Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.
Can I order more lights or longer hanging cables?
