Shipping
Standard shipping is free and insured, with no minimum purchase.
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Standard delivery: 15–20 business days after the order ships, so about 16–23 business days in total
- Expedited delivery: 2–6 business days worldwide, available as a paid upgrade — email us for a quote before you order
- Customized items: 5–10 business days to produce, then standard or expedited delivery

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item, provided it is unused, uninstalled, and back in its original packaging with its parts. There is no restocking fee. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or 110% of the item value as store credit.
Return shipping is yours to cover on a change-of-mind return. If the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we send a prepaid label and cover shipping in both directions. For a different size or finish, we handle it as a return plus a new order.
Customized and made-to-order fixtures cannot be returned, because they are built to your specification. Items that have been installed, assembled, or wired cannot be returned either, so please check the fixture against your space before your electrician starts.
If anything arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the outer packaging. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled. Full conditions and exclusions: Return & Refund Policy
Warranty
The fixtures we sell carry a three-year warranty, and we send replacement parts under it. It does not cover damage from misuse, accident, or incorrect installation.
