How do I choose the right size?

The overall heights in the size table are measured with the hanging cables fully extended. The fixture can be hung higher than that, but how much it can be raised depends on its design, so email hello@favorshopping.com with your ceiling height before you order and we will confirm which sizes fit.

Will it work with my dimmer?

It works with TRIAC (phase-cut) dimmers, the type found in most US homes. If you are not sure which type you have, your electrician can check before installation.

How is it installed?

It arrives pre-wired and pre-threaded, with mounting hardware, mounting accessories and an installation manual in the box. Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.

Can I order a custom cable length or number of heads?

Yes. Add a note with your desired hanging cable length or number of heads in the cart, or let us know after placing your order. Custom builds are made to order, and their production time and return terms are set out in the Shipping & Return Policy below.

Which replacement bulbs should I buy?

Buy G4 base LED bulbs. G4 bulbs are sold in both low-voltage and line-voltage versions, so match the voltage printed on the included bulbs when you buy spares.

Can I use this pendant light outside the US?

It is rated for 110-240V, which covers standard household power in North America as well as in Europe, the UK and Australia.

Retours

Vous disposez de 30 jours à compter de la date de livraison pour retourner un article, à condition qu'il soit non utilisé, non installé et remis dans son emballage d'origine avec ses pièces. Il n'y a pas de frais de restockage. Vous pouvez choisir un remboursement sur votre moyen de paiement d'origine ou un avoir de 110% de la valeur de l'article.

Les frais de retour sont à votre charge en cas de changement d'avis. Si l'article arrive endommagé, défectueux ou erroné, nous vous envoyons une étiquette prépayée et prenons en charge l'expédition dans les deux sens. Pour une autre taille ou finition, nous traitons la demande comme un retour suivi d'une nouvelle commande.

Les luminaires personnalisés et fabriqués sur commande ne peuvent pas être retournés, car ils sont fabriqués selon vos spécifications. Les articles installés, assemblés ou raccordés ne peuvent pas non plus être retournés : vérifiez donc que le luminaire convient à votre espace avant l'intervention de votre électricien.

Si un article arrive endommagé, écrivez-nous dans les 72 heures suivant la livraison en indiquant votre numéro de commande, avec des photos des dommages et de l'emballage extérieur.
