How do I choose the right size?
In a foyer, hallway or stairwell, a common guideline is to keep at least 7 ft / 213 cm between the floor and the bottom of the fixture, and in a two-story foyer to hang the bottom at about the level of the second floor. The overall heights in the size table are measured from the ceiling to the bottom of the fixture, with the hanging cables fully extended. To check a size, subtract its overall height from your ceiling height to find the space left below the fixture. The fixture can also be hung higher, but how much it can be raised depends on its design, so email hello@favorshopping.com with your ceiling height before you order and we will confirm which sizes fit.
Can I use it with a dimmer?
No. This fixture is not dimmable, so connect it to a standard on/off switch rather than a dimmer.
How is it installed?
It arrives pre-wired and pre-threaded. Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.
Can I order a custom cable length or number of heads?

Can I use this chandelier outside the US?
