How do I choose the right size?
A common rule of thumb is to add the length and width of the room in feet and use that number, in inches, as the width of the fixture; a 10 × 14 ft room, for example, suits a fixture about 24 in across. This pendant comes in diameters from 8 in / 20.3 cm to 28 in / 71.1 cm, and the hanging cord is 79 in / 2 m long. If you are not sure which size suits your room, email hello@favorshopping.com with your room size and ceiling height before you order and we will confirm which sizes fit.
Will it work with my dimmer?
Choose a light color marked Dimmable: White Light Dimmable or Warm White Dimmable. Those versions work with TRIAC (phase-cut) dimmers, the type found in most US homes. The Warm White and Cold White options are not dimmable.
How is it installed?
It arrives pre-wired and pre-threaded, with mounting hardware and an installation manual in the box. Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended.
Can I order a custom cable length?
Yes. Add a note with your desired cable length in the cart, or let us know after placing your order. Custom builds are made to order, and their production time and return terms are set out in the Shipping & Return Policy below.
Which replacement bulbs should I buy?
Buy G4 base LED bulbs. G4 bulbs are sold in both low-voltage and line-voltage versions, so match the voltage printed on the included bulbs when you buy spares.
How do the larger sizes ship?
The 24 in and 28 in sizes, which are over 60 cm in diameter, ship via ocean freight, so they take longer to arrive than the smaller sizes. If you have a date to meet, email hello@favorshopping.com before you order.
Can I use this pendant light outside the US?
It is rated for 110-240V, which covers standard household power in North America as well as in Europe, the UK and Australia.
